Been happening to me for the last 2 hours. I login to my account but the transaction history keeps on loading and does not show up. When I click on send/request and fill in the info, it keeps me waiting and gives me an error a while after. Is anyone else having this^
Note that I already tried changing PC`s and also tried doing it through the coinbase app from my iphone. Still nothing.

Sometimes it happens. best thing to do is to wait it out. and don't do any sending untill you see your balance.

Its seems you use online wallet and the problem is your internet connection, clear history and cache your browser and make sure your internet connection is fine then try again to send bitcoin.

You better don't keep try resending, i think the problem is with coinbase server so you better wait few hours and see if the transaaction has been already done or not before sending again and again.

I hope you don't have a big amount of bitcoin stuck in that wallet, better use a desktop wallet like bitcoin core or electrum if you are on PC, or a mobile wallet for your smartphone.

People using online web wallets I think are lazy by nature, they want everyone to do their job for them and manage everything for them, and when some problems arises, they tend to alarm and make the problem look bigger. Online web wallet will always have problems, DDOS, hacks etc. Just use a desktop wallet for daily transactions, its easier than coinbase and keep the majority of your coins in cold storage if you are lazy to not learn about protecting yourself. Its as easy as 1,2,3.

But the fact that they ARE lazy is the reason why they don't want to use desktop wallets, or atleast that's what I think.

Besides, 2 hours and you're already panicking? Oh please. It's nothing worth panicking if you can't send for just that amount because maybe the site is working on something? We don't know. You don't know. Give it a day. If it's still not working, try contacting them.
