I think its very hard to know who has holding large amount of bitcoin if you are asking for large amount of bitcoin in address you can see it fast just looking it at blockchain..

No, we can't and we should not. Haven't you heard of privacy? The people who have invested in BTC enjoy privacy a lot. I don't have much, but I like that nobody can find out how many BTC I have.

I used to be a citizen and a taxpayer. Those days are long gone.

Erik Vorhees sold SatoshiDice for over 120.000 BTC in 2013.
Roger Ver is known as a huge Bitcoin holder as well.
I also could imagine Trace Mayer owning a shitload of coins.
Mark Karpeles  Cheesy
Mircea Popescu (some romanian guy)
There is also a chinese guy (early miner) which name I forgot who shall also own around 100k coins

But what do you expect to do when you know the names? Begging? Cheesy

Of course we all should respect privacy but there are also a few guys that went public by their own choice.

i think that satoshi is definitely the biggest bitcoin holder that is out there, also in my opinion there are way more big holders they just dont tell that to people in order not to have any problems
