Looked pretty 'nice' in this list : https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/How_To_Buy_Bitcoins_With_Your_Credit_Card
But when they after one week hasn't replied to any mail or any feedback on their site, I cannot think that this is nothing but a scam.
Of course the payment-link on the order leads to PayPal-payment as 'friend' and there is no option to dispute it via PayPal.

If you have doubts regarding the site then don't use it. Your problem can be solved as simple as that. Roll Eyes Can you not think of a reason why they chose a payment with no dispute option? It's because if they accept a payment with a dispute option, then people will just buy use their service a lot of times and just dispute the payment. Anyway, it seems like you weren't scammed at all or anything so I don't see the point of this Scam Accusation.

Bitxim is a scam.

I don't know why "Xenophoto" defends them, but they took my $100, have not responded to emails for weeks and will not give me Bitcoin.

Simple Definition of scam
: a dishonest way to make money by deceiving people.

The reason we have posted is to allow Google searchers to find evidence.

Never heard of the site before, and its most likely new.

I never really would think of using new services if there is old known existing services to start with. If you want to buy bitcoin with your credit card the only way to do those options are finding a ad on localbitcoins - doing paypal or virvox etc.

Certain sites like coinbase only offer it as a backup source.
