Who's the seller when you bought that account?

None of this makes any sense. Which account are you claiming you bought 10 days ago?   and who did you buy it from?

So some of the mistakes I see is this from reading could of prevent this:

1. Escrow wasnt used (+14 rep or greater or know person)
2. Bitcoin Address Signed messages - prevents from hacking/theft scenarios- makes sure of ownership of that account

When you verify that message you can see if how long its been associated to that account to get an idea if it was recently stolen or been bought.
