Recommendations for utilizing new Mobo

for $53.99 openbox at microcenter today

I'm interested in utilizing it for mining.

A few weeks back, I'd slap in 4x 5830s, dual 500W PSUs, a low end i7, and call it a day.

Obviously the GPU market has gone to hell since, so anyone care to recommend how to set this up as a mining rig?

It all comes down to budget

Theoretically unlimited given the realistic hardware constraints of populating a single motherboard, however I'd like to keep things as economically minded for short-term mining as possible. This is the reason I hopped on the 5830 bandwagon a long time ago, obviously I need some other ideas now.
