As you may have noticed Miningsweden.se isnt paying since 11 Days.

So i wanted to get here in contact with some (now) scammed customers. Wink
He is just telling poor stories -> Lets see and discuss

Lets take a short look at Tommys posts:

Hello,

Yesterday you can really say it was a Friday the 13th, I updated my phone that f-cked ut my Google Authenticatior that I use for the payout wallet.

Well that was fixed today but we also made some system updates a few days ago and now the Payout script shows strange features like I see the payment sent but the users doesn’t see that and also the payouts hasn’t been sent to them but so we are now checking to get the system corrected. Problem is that our script guy is not back until Monday  so we expect the system to be corrected and started to payout again on Monday evening.

Really sorry for this but computers sometimes have their own life and also the payout script is made by us and not a standard script that sometimes doesn’t like other upgrades.

with regards
Tommy

I dont know what he wants to tell us with "system update" but an php update wouldnt fuck up his plugin.
His Wordpress, where the Payoutscript runs, is old as fuck. (On August 4, 2015, WordPress 4.2.4 was released to the public.)

Payout update:

Hello, we will start making some small test payouts from the system today to see if the plugin works as it should to get it back at full operational again if it does as it should. But as always we are working hard to get it solved Smiley

with regards
Tommy

Sure Tommy...

Payout update:

We have now started to downgrade the updates to try to find the problem and from that get the payouts online again.

No ones payouts has been changed since the databas for it is intact and running.

I do really hope we will get everything back as it should be tomorrow

Really sorry for this but we are working hard to find the bug. Leason learned from this is to not update a lot of plugins at the same time before checking the system is running as they should.

with regards

Tommy

He downgrades his "system".
As an wordpress developer this is an work of an hour (max) with this wordpress constellation.

Update on payout plugin and VIP Shares:

We have downgraded the plugins we upgraded, problem is we don’t really know exactly what the old plugin version was so it is a bit of trial and error at the moment.

Still we need to have all upgrades on the plugins to make the site safe and stable so we are now at the idea that we should update the whole system and re write the payout plugin to get it working again but we have still som small tests to try first before we do that.

Really sorry about this but we are working on it and please check here for info and update.

Also a good news is that I expect us to be done with the books this weekend and will publish the result for your VIP shares on the 25:th of Maj Smiley

He managed the downgrade but the plugin does not work ?
Doesnt he understand his own code ?
File based Backups, tell you the version of your old plugin...
Database backups can tell you the version of your old plugin...
He wants to make the site saftey -> LOL with simple URL injection you can get all users without any tools Cheesy
11 open security gaps since weeks(months)....
And he is still running all out of date plugins and wordpress core

Work with the new payout script is going forward and we hope to have it online soon Smiley

Also the work with the books are progressing well Smiley

Last message from Tommy.
He isnt answering via paypal, e-mail, support or phone.

We all got scammed, to be exact 7739 users got scammed Smiley

well i dont want to cry about those 100 bucks, because the arent worth it.
As i bought that shares, i knew that he has an protected "who is" and it looks like scam (the whole website and the whole content is bullshit)
But i knew, if i gonna pay with paypal i can take legal actions agains him. (legal expenses insurance)
I´ll go with the paypal customer protection, and if it dont work as i want, ill go with my legal protection and sue him on some points of EU privacy reporting line and the imprint duty to make profit, because he has no clue about his legal obligations as an webmaster/"storeowner" ect..

I just wanted to know what  YOU´ll do with this scammer.
Have some of you heared anything from miningsweden since 2016-05-22 ?

Remember:
The internet is a shark pool and poor websites are our meal. $$$ for every legal fail of the webmaster Wink

It's very obvious that this cloud mining is scam. Even they use PayPal, that doesn't mean you don't have to worry that you'll lose your money.
As i expected, people don't learn until they fell for it Roll Eyes

Why do you think it is hard to get the money back, if there is an paypal seller ?

The seller account has to be linked with an address (maybe a "box" i know), and an bank account.
None from his protected data is protected against the law and mostly of his data you can find by your own, when digging.
Webhosts / Domains / Payment Provider / Paypal ect

i dont know any credit card payment provider, where you dont get checked from top to bottom, because they have to secure themselfe before they get in contract with others.
And i work with about 10 payment providers, for example Novalnet...

Nobody can do anything "anonymous" in the internet, everything is traceable just a question of ressources.

// Edit:
i see,now they only accept bitcoins
May a user, that has payed with creditcard can tell me the used payment provider for creditcard ? I dont find that information on the webarchive.

If you have paid through paypal before then you better ask for refund and hope you will get it from paypal staff. And as you say they now only accept bitcoin, this may be due to lots of refund claim goinng on by other users after this payout issue. Its better to always remain quite far from cloud mining site.

Sounds plausible with the refunds, havent thought about that in first place, but this is why they are only accepting btc now. Cheesy

I think i dunno get the right point of your last sentence.
Do you mean something like, to keep distance of those cloud mining services in general?

Thanks Smiley

Btw.  i let you all know as soon as i get infos from paypal

Hello,

First I need to say I´m sorry for the delay in responses from me but it has been a lot of work this weekend and also I have been getting a lot of email that has started me to rethink why I´m doing this and you will get more information about this in the following information.

About the VIP shares

During the last year we used all our extra power and miners to give you users more back wile the payouts still was higher since everyone in bitcoin mining knew that the payouts would go down due to higher mining difficulty.

The result of this you have seen in the payout spread that I have posted in the news before.

percent

Giving you user a much higher payout as a user.

On the negative side of this we haven’t build any profit in the company and we have also burnt out both the miners and capital for running the farm further.

So what I´m saying is that you have been given the profit for your VIP shares during the last year.

You are probably upset about this but if you think of it and check the payout spreadsheet you will see that it has been better to get the payouts at a higher payout rate then now when it is getting even lower.

So this year there will not be any other payouts then the extra payouts that has already been paid.

Now about the payouts

I have got some emails during this weekend that has made me think about why I´m doing this. And after the kind of emails I have got I have decided to close down the mining operation and that will effect the payouts as they are today.

What I will do is to run the payouts in the system until the halving of the bitcoin production when I expect the S7 miners will be totally out of the game.

This means that we can´t payout as regular as we have been doing up to now but we will eventually payout all that your account has been accumulating in the payouts up to the day when the halving is done and we will stop the payouts.

The payouts will follow the bitcoin difficulty.

How we will pay for the payouts? We will sell out miners to cover some of the costs and I also have some other interesting ideas within crypto how we can generate the payouts to you guys and I promise you that we will deliver the payouts to you even if it takes some time.

I don’t expect anyone of you to understand my choice but all the negative energy has finally taken me down on this.

So my focus will now be on getting you all the payouts so the MS site will stay online and you will be able to follow your payouts in the system and also follow updates on the news page.

I don’t have the energy to answer angry emails, sorry but I don’t have the energy for that.

I´m sorry for this but I have tried as hard as I can to provide a solid platform but Bitcoin mining is not easy in any way.

OBS. Mining Sweden is not closing down it´s business so your VIP shares will hopefully be worth much more next year when we have other business in MS, it is only our Mining operation that is closing down

Your friend
Tommy

i bought some

"20 Mining Share grants the owner:
20 GH S7 mining power for 12 months.
All power, maintenance and pool fees for 12 months."

and

"Each VIP Plus share package will grant the owner the following:
1 VIP Share (only the VIP part)
10GH S7 Miningshares including all costs for 12 months.
Each VIP share will also grant the holder a percentage of 25% of the companies profits"

and he shuts them down after 2-3 months Cheesy ?
I wonder how he wants to explain that to paypal...

Guess I'm one of the lucky ones, joined March of 2015 and my payouts received are within $30 of what I put in.
I knew something was wrong when Tommy started "tap dancing" about hard to calculate profits for distribution to VIP share holders. he quit answering my emails and support tickets weeks ago.
Looks like it all ended today. Roll Eyes
In the beginning, I think he touted being registered as a corporation in the US.

It is only problematic because in most cases you let them scam you. I was overly optimistic towards some bullshiters in the past as well, never more.
Some bitcoin scammers have their identity revealed and there is still very little legal action taken against them.
So I guess it is not entirely about anonymity.

Exactly, people who have been into bitcoin for a time now know what to expect when new companies like mining sweden pop up. These companies never last more then 2 years. Which is why there should be some information to newbie's how new companies are very good in taking away your money.

Investing in bitcoin is the same as other investing, the market will give you are decent ROI, not a better ROI then an average stock.

Another new scam site  , I think most of those sites are ponzi scheme and when they are out of fund they turn into a scam , I can't trust any cloud mining , unless one or two sites similar to hashflare ... I invested in it and I hope it will still paying for long time , because they have good strategy .

So what u re saying is Paypal punishes people who invest into BTC by refusing to protect them?

buyer protection for the purchase of most goods and services.
that says the paypal site, so there is room for them.

if paypal would like bitcoins, why they dont accept them  Roll Eyes

You are almost right. I am beginning to believe that the ease of paypal chargeback for btc is likely an urban legend.

I asked Tommy MiningSweden for refund according my VIP contracts in money or Miner or I will inform the Swedish Authorities about his business behavior what I did (bcse I did not get an answer) in my homecountry and they immediately found the company and suggested me to open a fraud case as soon as possible with the Police in Sweden and gave me the necessary information and I explained to Tommy how the story is going on and he repeated on my email (seems to be a wonder) as follows:

So he had to shut down because me (and probably some others) but has a lot of miners which the police will find.

So if Tommy will not refund with miners maybe the police will do.

If anyone will have my address feel free to ask and I publish her.

And regarding the s5 Miners.
He wanted me to give Hash. I refused, informed Paypal and after that I send me 1 S5 Miner and 1 S7 Miner.

So feel free to ask about address of mine if you really believe this person will pay bitcoin later or fight to get at least some S7 miners as compensation.
