Being a newbie to Cryptocurrency, I have noticed many adverts claiming to increase your BitCoins a hundredfold in 24 hours etc.

They seem to good to be true, are there any legitimate ones or are they just scams.

ALL SCAMS

some are called HYIP pyramids.. where basically 1 person convinces several people to pay him.. and then its your job to convince several people to pay you.
these are the most illegal. because the site itself pushes the illegality onto you. because you are the one profiting from ill gotten gains. you are the one legally in trouble. so definitely dont try those

some are fake hacking programs asking you to download them with promises of riches, when essentially they just steal your wallet by leaving viruses on your computer.

and some are just scams where you throw money at them but will never get any return.

none of them are legitimate. so stay far away

its kind of gambling with a high risk. You can be one of the lucky ones who get paid. But in the meanwhile you just give away your money.

Most are, however there are a few legitimate programs out there.  I would look at them as a gamble instead of investment.

Remember this when dealing with any sort of people, with any sort of currency, under any circumstances: IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEN IT PROBABLY IS. If you follow this rule, then you won't get scammed. EVER.

And obviously anything that gives you hundredfold profit over a period of a day is too good to be true. Think about it. How are they going to make any profit? If you are making a lot of profit, how is their business sustainable?

Ask yourself these questions for all investments you make.

none are legitimate.
however some do payout, in the hope you return and pay in more for a second chance.. which they then rob you

my favourite 3 rules:
1. if its too good to be true. then its no good at all.
2. unless you know enough about them to physically slap them with a wet fish should they do you wrong, dont pay them
3. if your still going to risk it and you dont know them enough to get returns.. then you deserve to slap yourself with a wet fish, and dont cry when ur hit

Yes, you are right saying "They seem to good to be true". But beware of the smart ones also who offers you "just double" your money in say one month. They are also scams but many people fall for it 'cause they look kind of trustworthy comparing to "hundredfold" ones.

purely scam mate, if that;s possible I personally think that the owner of that site will be greedy enough to suck everything from his site, no one or nothing here can bring fortune to you in just 24hrs you must learn more and dedicate your time if you really wants to achieved and earn in this crypto world please mate stay away from ponzi/hype site.

If there's a way to double your money, why would you look for someone to double their money? Of course you'll keep it to yourself. They only use the money of the first investors to pay you. Once someone invests a good amount of money, they'll vanish into thin air. You shouldn't believe these kind of scams. You should consider your investments as donations if you're going to invest in these kind of sites.

There is no such multiplier. all are ponzi. like there is no way to earn money  without hard work, no way to get success without hard work, same way there is no way to double your money just by sitting. do hard work yourself to double your bits.

Getting 100% profit within 24 hours were totally scam. Their target for cheating is over the newbie, because at the beginning everyone enter with the hope of earning lot. This mind set gets easily brainwashed by the scammers and everything gets lost.

All of them will scam you , there will be no any such multiplier that can exist for more than a week. Anybody can open and run the bitcoin doubler site with little money so that when someone get fooled and deposit a huge amount, it will be enough for owner to run away. My suggestion is just be away and don't get fooled by those types of doublers.

Okay that's pretty much an obvious advertisement saying that you can increase your bitcoins hundredfold in 24 hours. Even in legit cloud mining, you can only get your return in at the very least 5 or 6 months. Though I'm not recommending you to join in a cloud mining program.
Your best choice is, just as what others said and what others will further say, stay away from them. Your only legit source of bitcoins would be micro tasks, trading, gambling, or mining them yourself.

There are no legit investment that can double your money under 100 days, even if some one tells you they can double your money in 100 days
You need to make sure that they are not running away.
Otherwise any amount of money you give to them is gone for good and never send any thing to any such sites in hope of profit since they just
Opened up and might pay you, none they just take it and nothing you can do.

See. Money is a zero sum game. If you are earning a bitcoin someone must be loosing (expect mining).
these ads are specially targeted at you. And all these are scams. They have no magic wands to double money. If they were real the amount of bitcoins in circulation would have became more than 21million.
