I understand that you want to open the Cloud Mining Service? In my opinion this is not the best time for this type of business. You should wait until halving. Anyway, you should start with the purchase of mining rigs. Then hire a programmer to create for you appropriately protected website.

You can get many pre build scripts on many sites or you can hire a programmer to build a script for you
Remember, a custom build script is better than pre build if you are planning to expand it later
If not then go for pre build because they are bug free

Yes, someone provably believe that. You can't fool people around here. Be it you or a client of yours, this kind of scheme is a ponzi so it doesn't matter who's going to run it. The point is you are supporting it.

You can find some cloudmining script in Digital Good Section. or you can ask there by writing a new thread and ask users to provide you a script and describe your budget and prices, or simply hire a developer who can develop a cloudming site for you...
but you should know that making a cloudming site and scaming everyone isn't a good thing. even peoples are not getting trust on these type of sites. so if you are planing to rob peoples money. then it wont work.

Okay I can see that you (or your client, but most probably you) wanted to start a ponzi scheme just by reading one of your replies. I suggest you don't ask here in this forum because this forum has quite a bad taste for ponzi schemes as we are only looking for legit and good ways of earning profit from bitcoins.

if you had real customers, you would code that ponzy script whithin 1 or 2 days... and 1 day more for the finished website with text and images
It looks like you dont even have the 5BTC for a programmer, how you want to pay that script ?
