You can't expect an immedite response from their site support. Tey are not answering tem. Last time I sent them a ticket it took 1 month for them to send me a response.

1 month is long time and wtf their support don't have any work in the site or maybe just won't to hear the problem of costumers, this is very bad of yobit.

Men my problem is that i request a withdrawal of USD and there is almost 15 hours and nothing, that is not how can you run a business, im selling BTC and i have to pay suppliers, i cant wait for a month until they respond because that is the way they run their business, im asking them how long time does the fiat withdrawal takes but no answer, i dont wanna think they just run out of my money.

Please yobit ADMIN if you see this post please help me.

He ia not talking about altcoin or crypto he is talking about okpay in fiat. Yes I think make proof is the best option so that is what the op did. The coins are quick to withdraw I have done it many times.

Op should wait for some more hours because sometimes yobit doesn't have enough funds to proceed withdraw request.
so better wait for a while and their support is just a formality, actually support stuffs doesn't exist in real life. so you never get any reply from support

Yobit ought to make some serious improvements on its customer service. People have repeatedly complained about the slow response and it's not good for business.

maybe yobit just got maintenance so many function not work properly, like i have experience when i want to send my SDC to them, but the wallet are maintenance so it was hold for a moment. like other member said, just waiting for a moment, send your problem to their support system, or if you can, try to send your problem in chat, because sometimes the support is join in chat too.

Yobit response is always very bad. Not very professional for them. They need to get admins to do real work not babysit chat box like no lifers. I like to use yobit but they have many problems especially with withdrawing from under maintenance wallets.
