when i tried to deal with him he said that if he receieve the payment as service, the funds will be pending for 21days lol, but gift is okay !
the story he is just avoiding exchange with old trusted members by any bullshit excuses

anyway here what will happen for you OP. if you don't post proofs of your claimed BTC balance you have for sale and that 200$ sold, you will get some good negative feedbacks not to scam newbies here

Why you conclude he is from Philippines when he says he is from Pakistan with a phone number stated in the OP? You find something out about this guy we don't know yet?
