I've got Sentinel installed on my android phone. I loaded all my xpubs (eletrum,ledger HW.1, old adresses, vanity adresses,...) and i open this application at least a dozen times each day.

I don't check my wallet often,
Normally I login to my wallet when there is a transaction, I mean when I receive any payment....
E-mail notification is a good thing, which helps me not to login much often to check payment came or not...

I also do this, I think that check it often is not necessary to be honest because the amount stays the same right.
I only are in my wallet when I spend something or I add bitcoins to it.

i check my wallet only when i send or receive any transaction. i dont mind to check it very often. i know my bitcoins are safe in my wallet.

i check my cold wallets maybe one or two times per month. i have a round number of coins in my wallet so it is easy for me to know the total value.

Not really often but I think around 3times a day because sometime I was worried of my balance especially when there is someone sharing on this forum about hacked/stolen btc.

I try to not check it too much because I become addicted to it, it's like constantly checking your WhatsApp on the smartphone, it's just a stupid act that is a very repetitive pattern that takes away time to be productive. So I know how much BTC I own in my mind, I don't need to constantly double check if it's still there, when the point of Bitcoin is, it's the safest way to store wealth ever. I still check bitcoinwisdom way too much tho.

i do save 30% from all of my bitcoin at blockchain wallet and save the rest at local exchange and altcoins exchange and i do not so often check my bitcoin balance at those sites and may be only once time per day

I voted other, because I don't really care what's in it because I know it's safely hidden in my encrypted paper wallet. I do check the price often, but the balance I don't. I'm concerned on the daily price movements. Idk why but it has been my routine to check it once or twice daily.

Me i always check it hourly because sometimes my friends that loaned at me they pay so im always checking so that i know if my friend pay me or not. And sometimes i check it because my investment in many hyip are hourly paying so i need to check my balance if they are paying.

use a separate computer ... with no strangers on it.

and a hot wallet in the phone.   (like physical wallet in your pocket)
