BTCROW ESCROW SERVICE

Has anyone actually used btcrow escrow service? Bought almost 15btc from honest member here for $500 Moneypak. We used btcrow escrow service ,his idea, and transaction completed lastnight at about 9:30pm. Been waiting almost 15 hours now for my bitcoins or a reply. I have sent several messages and emails about my transaction and havent gotten a single response. Also after looking for btcrow reviews I cant find a single one, and no messages from btcrow since beggining of 2012.. Checked out btcchanger and their site looks very very similar to btcrow. sent them a message too with no reply.. Did I lose another $500? What can I do? SHould I just wait pateiently the 24 hours, or just chalk up another loss? What can I do ?

Just to clear this matter. The original poster was paid out it took a little longer than they expected, but still withing the 24 hour period.

For security reasons we have a manual fail-safe procedure to release each escrow transaction. Normally we release very fast, however due to time-zone differences it occasionally takes a little longer.

Recently we have improved the service so that escrow release times are much faster.
