Hi,

Is 100k USD enough to start a nice bitcoin game with a nice bankroll? I am not a programmer so I would need to hire a team.

What do you guys think?

You mean you want to make a gambling site  related bitcoin, right ? I think it's too much unless you want to make a big gambling sites
most of the necessary funds are used to build the site, maintenance, Bonus , promotion and of course Bankroll other websites spend 5/10 BTC per month for the cost of promotion or advertising

We had only about 20 as bankroll when we started and it went just fine. What you can do is not allow big bets or high payouts (high risk, high payout) while your bankroll is low.
