You didn't provide enough proof that he scammed you (PMs , conversation on Skype or other social media websites , Transaction screenshot etc...)
If he really did scam you as you claim , I'm sorry but it's your fault ... I mean who deal with a "Brand new" account without a single post and trust history and without an escrow and expect to get a smooth transaction ?

but the geo location of person you are dealing with for first time should make alarm bells ring if they are from or are in Nigeria.

i dont know if i can believe if this guy really scam you, your lack of proof is main reason
but if you can provide us more proof that this guys scammed you then you can expect a lot
of help from the interested members of this forum about your case.

I presume you are talking about user https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1230698

The user whose profile you are trying to view does not exist.

Given that we are in the mid 800,000's for user names, are you sure you have the right details?  None of the other details come up in searches of the BCT threads.
