I have a CNY/USD/BTC related question so I wanted to ask here.

i see that there is a big difference between bitcoin's CNY price and USD price.

In China, Is it possible to exchange CNY <--> USD in any exchange office freely at xe.com rate ?
at that site Currently : 1.00 USD   =   6.56570 CNY

Also, is it possible for foreigners with Chinese bank account to withdraw CNY from huobi.com ?

Then buy USD at a bank or exchange office. The review sites suggest to be careful and exchange only at banks or very big offices.

So far I have seen that Chinese guys don't really like foreigners in bitcoin business. That's not good.

there is a 50,000$/year limit for each china citizen to exchange for any foreign currency. but for foreigners, it is not allowed to exchange their CNY for USD or any other foreign currency except one situation that is the CNY you hold is exchanged from the currency you bring when you enter china. this means you can't take your money (which is obtained from selling btc) out of china, even if you buy a air ticket to china. of course, you can spend it in china . if you want to take money offshore, you need some chinese to help you.
