1. Unzip downloaded file and place it as your preferred folder. ( file name is vaperscoin-qt.exe )
2. Double click at this file.
3. This application file will ask you to select data folder. ( 1. default folder 2. your custom folder ).
4. If you choose default folder , it will generate data folder as below path.
C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Vaperscoin
If you choose your custom folder , it will depend on you. Example
D:\VaperscoinData ( VaperscoinData is your created folder)
5. Even though you select 1 or 2, the result is that Vaperscoin-qt.exe will try to sync data from network. But I found that may be it can't connect to Vaperscoin network.
Then I'd like to recommend you to close vaperscoin-qt.exe and download peers.dat file as below link.

6. Unzip the above downloaded file and replace the old peers.dat file at folder C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Vaperscoin
7. Open vaperscoin-qt.exe again.
8. Vaperscoin-qt.exe will sync with Vaperscoin network very well. ( 3 active connections to Vaperscoin network ).
9. You have to run vaperscoin-qt.exe around half or 1 day for full sync.
