Wanted to do another Kialara raffle earlier this weekend but I have two other raffles going so I was hesitant to list. The price of Bitcoin has gone up quite a bit and I am unsure what to do with my other raffles. I figure at some point hopefully when the price settles I can adjust the entry fees with them so for now they will just remain open.
My rules for the raffle will be a bit different and I hope I didn't forget anything. I would rather have all the slots filled before everyone pays if that is ok. Also would like to make it where people can pick the slots they want if they wish. Limit three slots per person.
This raffle will have 16 slots (0-9 and A-F) and the winner will be pick based on the hash of a block (which will be determined when all spots are taken and paid for). The final character of that hash will win the Kialara. Shipping is free worldwide.
There will also be a second place winner and they will be chosen by the next block after the winning block. If for some reason it is the same number or letter as the winner of the Kialara it will go to the next block so we have two different winners. The second place winner will receive 0.05
