Help Help! B Coiner wallet SUX

Any veterans out there that can help with this?  I'm using B Coiner Waller which now I know is horrible.  Problem is I have btc in wallet, I can receive but can not send. If i send 1.00 it just sits there with no confirmations and B Coiner idiots have no customer service.  I thought receiving btc was a great birthday present to get but what good is it if I can't used.  Any ideas? Honestly its not a well known wallet maybe thats site is scam.. why dont you try even a blockchain wallet?
Well i will try to help you can give a tx address that you already send i just want to why its not getting confirm..

Some this is some web wallet? It sounded like android app or smth.
If you dont want to loose money, dont use online wallets. Always use desktop/android ones (desktop mostly) to have full control over your coins.

I've never heard of this site before and there's no relevant google search results. It looks like it has been created very recently just to scam people.

How did you find that site and what made you sign up with them?
