Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I guess this is the part where we panic?

Except, we're not panicking... Weird...

This is the beaty when there are no over-leveraged financial institutions in the game, you don't get "doubledips" as easily here as you would in RL markets.

  • Mt. Gox Dwolla snafu
  • Silk Road registrations closed
  • Government breakdown
  • CIA attack
  • Trading bots parsing panic threads
  • Vague prediction of event occuring at some point in time
  • Panic selloffs by gamers who are only into bitcoin in order to earn some quick fiat bucks with their rigs
  • Just another correction

I think I'll go with the latter.

If you look with a log scale, things are much less scary. I'd be more worried if the trend since mid-April were broken, which currently would be under $18-20.

mtgox and dwolla fiasco, dwolla changing there coding to accept cash, caused this to happen, if dwolla would have warned its clients about an upcoming update, im sure it would not have been so bad, or kept a steady incline

I think someone must have hacked the system.

no, i think it is possible to suppress the real value of bitcoins, no need for hacking

it could just be some idiot who wanted to make a quick buck and sold all those thousands coins he bought/mined at a low rate or some guy who freakin panicked we

its just a matter of time before we see it jump past what its supposed to be BC of the difficulty rate then try to normalize to what the real value is supposed to be < <<<<so i guess what im trying to say is, it will jump past what its supposed to be then try to "normalize"

think of it like a sling shot, the more its held down, when it finally releases, its gonna shot further

During this time, its possible to make people VERY RICH in a short amount of time

I think it might occur in a week or 2, we'll see

just a reminder keep trading coins , even if its a third or forth of what you mine, if there is no trading, and no one is selling, we should see either A prices go up because people think they are more rarer than what they really are b/c people are being jackass's by hoarding or b No trading, and prices drop

im not someone to trust, im just putting out there what i think will happen, i could be 100 percent wrong

im going to bed yall, pick axe the hell out of those coins!!!! ......... LOL
