I dont think theirs someone buy this account knowing it is low rank and it have very awful post quality i suggest that fix the post quality of your account and wait till it reach to member rank by then it is decent to sell in that state because many people intended to buy member than jr. Well i think that account  already includes cheap maybe to be lowered little seen from the quality of his post is very poor but account have potential activity close to reach full member
