I'm testing 1Broker.com now.

Problems:  No stop-loss orders, no limit orders, only market orders WTF?

More problems:  Limited commodity markets. Other then that, so far so good.  But still far from what we need for serious trading. 

Also test Bitfinex.com

They offer limit, stop loss, running stops, but the interest rates are just way too high right now.  Hopefully they get more reasonable as more lenders enter the market.  Right now it just doesn't make sense

Anything else pop up for leveraged Bitcoin trading in Futures and Forex markets?

Try this broker. No proof of adress no Proof of ID.just an e-mail and a base account in bitcoin.
It is also fully integrated with Metatrader 4 so it supports every kind of order and SL TP.
