Real people browse your site no bots involve in this and helpful as the alexa counts every view the site gets but adsense only counts unique viewers.

Why risk getting your account banned for nothing, because fake/bot/te traffic is exactly that - nothing.
If you have adsense on your site - run like hell away from services like this one.

No I can't include(Don't you know about adsense policy and their fraud detecting system you will at last end up losing your account for providing fake click.)
