Still avaliable. I can PGP verify account ownership from staked address over a year ago. You must know how to verify PGP though. Had enough dealings with ppl that don't know how to verify PGP signatures.

The PGP Key Verifies the account AND the staked address. So how does it not validate ownership?  If I can PGP sign a message from the account, which inturn shows the staked address, and  you still think I'm lying..LOL...

Yes it is. My PUBLIC key is staked.. Not the verify key.
