Your hash rate average (146MH) is higher than mine but yet that pool reports a lower monthly estimated earnings than the pool I'm using, ethermine.org -- I wonder which is accurate, so far in about a week mine has been spot on its estimations. Currently estimated to mine 9.46 a week at around 115MH and I've already mined 7 this week... your estimations show you're only going to mine 7.822 per week right now.

I guess its worth adding I'm using 4x R9 390's massively underclocked (heat reasons) and 1x GTX 970 with stock clock

I switched to nano for a few days but I found that I seemed to be earning a bit less than ethermine, so today I pointed my hash back over there.  The difficulty is slightly down and price is pretty nice right now, so profits are all around higher.

Ethpool is really good as well, it is made by the same guys at ethermine but is a predictable solo mining option and they pay uncles + full block fees so if you get lucky its a pretty sweet bonus.  I don't mine there because I would have to wait 10 days to get a payout, but if you had good hash rate that is a good spot to mine at.

For the Ethereum mining people on here asking which pool for profit or best pools. See my current growing list. Updated every few days and when I find new pools to mine on and monitor and submit feedback on.

Ethereum Mining Pools List + Mining Settings https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1430861.0

Should solve some of your questions and you can post questions too for mining configurations. Not much on their in terms of mining configs but pools have 17 pools and counting so far for Ethereum pools. So well worth a look over Smiley

Profit fluctuates with luck, so if a pool is paying slightly less than another pool for same hash it's just luck and will even out over time. All you should be looking for with a pool is fees, uptime, and trustworthy.
