No there are no any banks and as bitcoin is not meant to be centralized one, we may not see any reliable bank giving interest in your bitcoin. you may find few lending sites claiming to give interest in your loan but most of them will truned out to be scam after some time and also same goes with cloud mining site. If you can analyze market movement i suggest you better try bitcoin and altcoin trading.

No. But you could use exchange sites to provide loans for margin trading. Poloniex does offer such option, possibly few other sites too. You earn some interest and the risk is rather small, but % rates are not guaranteed and depend on current demand for loans (currently ~0.02% daily on Poloniex).

That's probably the closest thing to what you're looking for.

ps. Always do your homework and learn about the risks before investing anywhere.

No proper ones really.  You will find different places will offer you different percentages but then you will have to judge if they are trust worthy to hold your bitcoin.  Crypto makes it so that people who provide value to society get rewards. People who want their money to do the work are better off with dirty fiat system.

are there any bitcoin banks that give interest on deposits?

According to my knowledge and all my travels with bitcoin, no such thing like bitcoin bank. If you want to invest with bitcoin and benefit could have been but not in the form of a bank as usual. There is a program called HYIP but I would not advise you to follow the HYIP in any form due to the high potential scam. Thank you

bitcoin is not design to be centralized so if you are looking for investment you can try polo just like the previous replied you can give some lending and wait for your income or also try to do investing with other alt and hold for future earnings. but bitcoin banks it is not possible for me.

I think theres no banks that accept bitcoin and give interest on deposits. If you want like that why you just buy at low price bitcoin and wait to up the price and sell it i think thats profitable than in the banks. Less fee, less problem. You need only to visit the price daily and just convert it to fiat if the price of bitcoin is high.

That's true. I have tried using it a couple of times and google search is the better option.

But back to the topic. There are no Bitcoin banks. If you are trying to earn some interest on your Bitcoins, then you could try investing in a stable altcoin or something.

bitcoin itself is a bank. u have to wait for price increase or events like halving will give you good profit. besides this there are ponzis that give very high interest but you dont know when they turn out to be scam.

I wouldn't trust a Bitcoin bank. In 2014 there was a company that described itself as a Bitcoin bank, but it closed after it was hacked. It had 896 BTC stolen from its hot wallet.

I think if you, they just use the ponzi system and it could be dangerous for us. Because in the Bank is also in need of funds to pay the deposit, whereas the system provided it is absolutely Fee Bitcoin minimal and if bank BTC take advantage then we would be a little disappointed against it.

Banking began with the first prototype banks of merchants of the ancient world, which made grain loans to farmers and traders who carried goods between cities. This began around 2000 BC in Assyria and Babylonia. Later, in ancient Greece and during the Roman Empire, lenders based in temples made loans and added two important innovations: they accepted deposits and changed money. Archaeology from this period in ancient China and India also shows evidence of money lending activity.
The origins of modern banking can be traced to medieval and early Renaissance Italy, to the rich cities in the north like Florence, Lucca, Siena, Venice and Genoa. The Bardi and Peruzzi families dominated banking in 14th-century Florence, establishing branches in many other parts of Europe. One of the most famous Italian banks was the Medici Bank, set up by Giovanni di Bicci de' Medici in 1397. The earliest known state deposit bank, Banco di San Giorgio (Bank of St. George), was founded in 1407 at Genoa, Italy.

So, as in the story were born banks, sooner or later bitcoin banks will be born to meet the security, loans, etc. needs of Bitcoin users.
