Bought one code but unfortunately can't recommend it. The account lasted for one week instead of 3 months.
I started only one Basic A4 Ubuntu instance to host a crypto blockchain node (no excessive CPU, no excessive bandwidth).
Management console and SSH was conducted from single US based IP address.

First message from Microsoft

"We've got a little problem. Your subscription 'Azure Pass {}' and services were disabled because we detected a violation of our service terms"

Asked for re-enable and received this from Microsoft support:

"As part of our strong commitment to the protection of our customers and our interest in preserving the quality and integrity of the Azure Marketplace, we perform supplementary reviews of accounts which may exhibit irregular or suspicious activity. Your account was selected for one of these reviews and after careful consideration, this account will remain closed.

Please understand that we keep security checks like these in place in order to protect the quality and integrity of the Azure Marketplace."

Seems to me that accounts created from your codes are under Microsoft special supervisory
