From thinking that this Bitcoin stuff is no fun at all after falling upon him, refusing to be associated with anything Bitcoin related to being some kind of "meme" within the community and enjoying such status? Wow, some things do take a wild turn...

Can't blame him for "cashing in" on easy, legit money, I guess.

It's really funny how this guy is turning his initial victim position into a winning streak... After all he has become a well-known celebrity in the Bitcoin sphere. He has a somehow unique appearance and personality that was the precondition of him becoming that famous. I think it's not a bad thing that he uses his status to get some coins. From what we know, he is not rich and had quite a few hard times in his life.

What I really like is that he is connecting with young people and is apparently enjoying it. So Bitcoin had definitely a positive impact on his life.

Dorian is such a cool guy. I will never forget the video Andreas made with him where he thanked the Bitcoin community for it's support after all this media harassment.
Andreas led a fundraising campaign for Dorian Nakamoto that raised over 47 bitcoins!Hope he stills hold them. Smiley
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w7YmJZ-qVW8

It's just pretty smart of him to turn this whole ordeal with the media into something that's beneficial for him.
Can't say that I blame the guy for getting some profit out of it Smiley

And great that the community helped him in such a way, he seemed genuinly thankful in the video.
He'll probably stay a dedicated promotor of Bitcoin, otherwise he wouldn't be in the picture
