Bitcoin Instructional Documentation for a Will or a Living Trust?

Hey all....I was wondering if any of you knew of either a webpage, or any sort of documentation that can give an absolute newbie an instructional tutorial on how to restore/create a wallet, and use bitcoin.  I feel like there should be some sort of resource for people who have inherited or have come up on a wallet from a deceased relative.

I know that is kind of a broad request, but the reason I am asking is because I am working on a Living Trust.   No one in my family uses or even understands bitcoin.   If something were to happen to me, I would hope that my gf, daughter, family, etc. would be able to takeover my wallet, or restore some of my wallets.  None of them really want to take the time to learn at this point in time, but I was hoping to be able include some sort of instructions in with my trust.

Otherwise, If I were to die, the coins may just be sitting there forever.

This is an excellent idea OP, because I am stuck with the same situation. My family experimented a little with Bitcoin, but they lost interest after a while. I compiled some elementary notes for them, just to guide them to some resources on the internet and also where to find my private keys.

It is important to stress the importance of the secrecy of these keys and passphrases, because if they not well informed, they might just paste this information online and all those coins will be lost. I hope someone can come up with a solution to this. ^hmmmmm^

Interesting topic. Yes. A will is a necessity and a legacy for those you love. You do not want them to fight over your assets after you pass on. If I were to do a will, how should I tell my lawyer about bitcoins?

Just tell them about the seeds and password to my wallets?

Yeah i had thought the same and told my son enough so that if anything happened to me he knows where the private keys are and that they are very important.
