What? Why? Assuming you have a low fixed rate 30yr denominated in fiat, why the heck would you ever pay that off early? There's going to be a lot more fiat created long term...

Because I can't accumulate BTC forever... What's the point in having them if you'll never spend them? They have to serve a purpose some day... to me, that day is when I have enough to pay my mortgage, if ever. Smiley

What ? $1000?  Is this a joke?
I'll not sell even one satoshi until it hits minimum $5000.  $10000 prefered ( it would not take more then 5-7 years anyway)
