If you are asking where the next attack will occur, then I will be at a loss. It can happen anywhere, as the Muslims have over-run almost every country in the European continent. Still, I can think about two countries which will be 99.9999% risk-free from these attacks. Belarus and Moldova. There are very few Muslims in these nations.

It's tragic list really but nobody can predict when and where next terrorist attack will happen.
We only know one thing for sure, that next attack is inevitable and that our security forces should do their best to prevent it.
Only long term solution to this problem is to help local governments in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Syria etc. to slowly build more democratic societies, with more freedom but also help them economically.
Poverty, war and religious radicalism are main fuel for terrorism.

So how will we create a free state like any other place in the world?
Because everytime anyone does anything in the middleeast, it breeds new terrorists.

If we do more bombings and pressure ISIS, they will do more attacks in EU and around the world. If we eradicate them in a all out war with troops on the ground and sweep in under their feet and fuck them up, we will see all their supporters around the world go crazy in the streets.

We dont have many options.
I think this is the solution....

Gather the armed forces of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and other muslim countries, let them do the ground offensives.. Let the Americans lead the operations, but not fight directly in the war.

Use the coalition force instead and bomb them to pieces.

Arrest all possible terrorists and those who are being under heavy survailance.
No need for direct evidence or anything.
Aslong as they say they want to do terror or support it, they should be imprissoned.

Islamists have not attacked any of the major sports events during the last two or three decades in the continent of Europe. They know that the security will be extremely tight. Actually they are more prone to attack the other targets such as museums and churches, as the cops will be concentrating too much on the Euro venues.
