yes, in my opinion bitcoin will be coming a global currency, because bitcoin will always continue to be used and more and more people will accept it. bitcoin will always grow. although today many who do not recognize bitcoin, but bitcoin has been a tool that has the highest value of transactions on the internet. even paypal will not compete with bitcoin. I also think that bitcoin has the potential to become a global currency, but I guess that will not happen until bitcoin have a stable price |

The only change from now to the future for me atleast, bigger exposion, bigger community, a real position about each country around bitcoin, i do believe bitcoin will replace dollars in size of investment as saving and investement purposes, meaning instead people buy gold they will buy bitcoin.

I tell you what. Bitcoin is going to be dead in the water if the network keeps freezing up like it did today. Can't even get 1 confirmation on like $2 worth of BTC. And the scaling-up thing.
This topic has been the deceased horse that keeps getting whipped. It keeps getting resurrected every month or so, and I think the last time I posted in one of its incarnations, I argued that bitcoin will be around as long as there are degenerate gamblers and people who want to buy drugs and other illegal stuff. The computer nerd population might move on to something else, but the dark markets will thrive.

Just like anyone here, it is clear to all of us that bitcoin price is unstable. But we see that its price still strong and lately it goes up. Future proof currency? It will become a global currency in the next 50 years since we know how it does on the market. As long as everyone supports it and uses it there is nothing to worry about it being dead just like one of the post here.

As long as everyone supports it and uses it there is nothing to worry about it being dead just like one of the post here.
I think we do not need to give numbers while predicting the future of bitcoin all things is unstable in bitcoin, the volatile value of bitcoin is one thing that can convince more investor to used bitcoin they will earn in trading. |

True, prices fluctuating makes people could take opportunity from there. In fact, That's what makes bitcoin as popular like now. Trump is that you or is this only the same logic? some people say they sell if the price will drop other say they will sell if it goes up. so i guess the price must stay stable or the end of bitcoin is near. unless there are other people who will buy if price is low or high. so maybe the future of bitcoin is not about the price so much. |

I see the market for crypto currencies growing.
And because bitcoin is by far the coin with the largest market capitalization and the bitcoin community itself is growing as well, I have no doubt that at least the nearer future of bitcoin is a bright one.
Of course smaller setbacks can happen, hacked exchanges for example. But bitcoin has already proven that it is strong enough to handle that.

Bitcoin has already booked its place in the future. It hasw become inevitable part of financial world this way or another. The fact that some countries have banned it doesn't realy change a lot.
More and more businesses and some financial institutions are aware that they can't escape it. The question is just how it will be regulated and fuly embraced.

What do you think ? without any upgrade for the network i think its really hard to make bitcoin grow in future. and i think government will not make any statement yet for bitcoin, they just study first about bitcoin, what impact will happen for them, what benefit that they can get from bitcoin. i hope that our governments will agree with bitcoin and they can approve of using bitcoin in each country and then many people will adopt bitcoin and use bitcoin with safe and secure. |
