Provide some proof please? Just using words is not really helpful to the situation. Take a screenshot of your pending withdrawal. Perhaps their hot wallet is just drained for now.

But there is indeed some complaints right now about their withdrawals. Hopefully you get your money back.

This site has some transaction problems , I am using it from long time , and they were paying instantly for their members , but now they have some problems , I don't want to encourage people to stay away from this site , because it is still paying , but after some hours . I cashed out 0.01 BTC yesterday after I heard some members talking about its problems , and my money already arrived to my wallet , so it is paying , and no need to say don't use it .

They do have some problems from time to time with big withdrawals. Perhaps they just have to verify the legitimacy of your bet, or perhaps their hot wallet is just empty at the moment of your withdrawal?

Contact their support and sort something out. Their site looks pretty professional.

I know its annoying to wait but 24 hours is certainly not enough to get this worried over. They have a reputation to uphold. If it takes over 72 hours then worry.

It has been known for a while now since they announced this change at the beginning of the month on their website that they were delaying withdrawals due to a slow down in the blockchain or something to that effect from what I understood from that memo.

He may be telling the truth. Lately i had some withdrawals which i didn't receive as well. They were <0.01BTC so i didn't bother following up dusts. I honestly think they may be low on funds and maybe making selective payments to the regulars.

Exactly ! No reason to believe him. These kind of posts make me worry, I know they normally rubbish but still it gives me a feeling of unease at times.
