Bitcoin Exchange Site for Malaysia - Looking for Developers

South East Asia (Malaysia,Singapore,etc) is a big blue ocean for the Bitcoin Market.

In light of this, I plan to start Bitcoin Exchange Site for Malaysia (first) and later, to other nearby countries. I am looking for developers who have the know-how of creating secure, polished looking Bitcoin Exchange sites. There is no preference for the front-end or back-end (PHP, mySQL, RoR, etc).
