This giveaway has attracked a lot of account/alt-spam and giveaway abusers. So far, I have 214 accounts blacklisted.
Not even 1% of them ever contacted me about not receiving Lottery tickets, which confirms my suspicion.
Most of them were easy to spot: they didn't bother to follow the rules of the giveaway. Unfortunately, after Bitcointalk Administrator Cyrus banned about 35 of these accounts, they now follow the rules.As stated in the OP, I can exclude them if I feel I need to: Disclaimer: Rollin reserves the right to change, fine tune or cancel this giveaway at any moment, and to exclude people from the giveaway if we feel we need to do so.
