One of the most popular bitcoin dice sites ever, Rollin, is launching this promo and giveaway at bitcointalk to reward the loyal players of Rollin, bitcointalkers^* and just about everyone interested.

Bitcoin casino Rollin has a new Bot in its Chatter Box, it's called Lottery
Users can buy 10 tickets for 1 mBTC by entering /tip Lottery 1 in Chatter Box. It has no house edge. For small pots (under 10 mBTC), one winner takes all, paid directly to the winner's Rollin account. As per December 4, 2016: If the pot reaches 10 mBTC (or more), it will be split into 3 prizes (rounding applies):

• 1st prize: 60% (uses block hashes 3 and 4)
• 2nd prize: 30% (uses block hashes 2 and 3)
• 3rd prize: 10% (uses block hashes 1 and 2)

Winners are free to do with their winnings as they please, Rollin has no rollover requirement for any of its promotions. A winner can try his luck at Rollin, tip, rain, withdraw instantly, or buy more Lottery Tickets for the next Draw.

Giveaway

• First, say something in (Public) Rollin Chatter Box if you haven't done that in months. This is necessary for Lottery Bot to recognize the user. If you're a new Rollin user, you need to wager 0.5 mBTC (0.0005 BTC) before you can chat. You can do this from faucet if you want

Every weekend (Saturday and Sunday, Rollin time zone^**) we have Happy Hour. If you buy 10 (or more) Lottery Tickets in Rollin Chatter Box, you receive 10 Free Lottery Tickets.

Experimental
Currently Lottery Bot is still experimental. If any problem pops up, please know it's unintentional and we love to hear about it so we can fix it.
FLT buys tickets from Lottery in batches of 10. Claiming Free Tickets increases the pot. If not all tickets are claimed, FLT buys less than 100 tickets that day.
If FLT has any tickets left before the draw, it gives the remaining tickets to Chatters in Rollin Chatter Box.

I'm human That means it is possible I type the wrong number some day. Over the months, I have typed thousands of numbers. If I do this often enough, mistakes will happen at some point. For that reason, the Tickets registered by Lottery Bot are the correct ones, the ones I post here are usually right, but not guaranteed. Draw
Lottery has 3 Draws every 1000 Bitcoin blocks. This means approximately 3 Draws per week. We're still experimenting to see what works best for our users. It Draws at Bitcoin Blocks xxx200, xxx500 and xxx000. After that, it waits for 1 (or 3) more blocks to pick 1 (or 3) winning Tickets. The winners receive their prize in their Rollin account right after the Draw.

Check your ticket(s)
You can enter ~lottery mytickets in Chatter Box on Rollin to see which Ticket(s) number(s) you have. And you can of course buy more tickets by tipping Lottery in Chatter Box.
It is possible the winner is someone who bought tickets outside of this giveaway, so it is not guaranteed a ticket from this giveaway wins. But if it does, the total pot is also raised by users who buy tickets in Chatter Box, so the prize can be higher than just FLT's buy in.
