That is what it did. My
RollinGames Blog explains the block order: It ([Lottery Bot]) uses the hashes from these blocks as input to create a random number. The second hash is used as the first input.
This order is a design choice madcoin made.
Using blocks #439424 (Block 1) and #439425 (Block 2) this would be the result :
