Lol, that CLD Mine didn't last longer... Very predictable, they made a good stolen profit from investors and will back soon with the same design and offers, but with a new name. And I'm sure that lots of people will continue investing on this kind of service.

It looks like they alreaady are back: https://otiis.cc
If thats not this same team it is someone who clone their website.

The design is the same they just change the CLD to OTIIS and they are offering 1 free OTIIS to mine lol , 40% per month now which is a bit less than 1.5% per day which they were offering in CLDmine. Anyway people be wary this time, they decided for this move or they had this planned in case bitcoin price would have risen just like it did. Now they will get new victims to this new site, personally I don't feel sorry for any of them, because they have been warned. So stay away , looks like 100% they are the same team, they just changed the name.

Yeah thats what i see to otiis is same as cldmine maybe their making cloudmining again and change the background and some info so that they cam stole money from their investor again and thats very bad cause their making Scamming people as business to easy money for them just to fool people for there bad doings, and i hope this can raise awareness to people to not be able to invest in cloudmining again because its totally 100000000% scam

Does sites is giving a bonus for referral is always included in the ponzi scheme?

Yes, 99% of the time.
Think about it, if they were a legit cloud miner they wouldn't need to pay for business referrals, they'd have more clients than they could manage for free.

We have a thread which lists seven signs of a likely Ponzi, and referral commission paying is a red flag.
This recent run of scams have all been red flagged there well in advance, but the basic problems with many Bitcoin investors are

1) They feel the burning need to "do something" with their coin.
2) They are naive and inexperienced.
3) And greedy.

The promises of high returns, false promises that many people do on social networks to gain referrals, false informations created by bloggers and website owners make these sites have more than 300,000 members.

CDLMine had more than 300.000 members

The system created by mining makes many investors do not withdraw their investments, just reinvest all the time, the losses for investors in the case of these sites remain offline are many.

Everyone says that struck ROI, but many lie that hit the ROI, lie because they feel ashamed to say that lost money on the site that not ten actual phone number, that is not the company's headquarters ...

CDLMine had more than 300.000 members

These figures are grossly exaggerated imo, deliberately so by the scammers, to give the impression that their sites must be legit because so many "investors". And it seems to work.
As discussed here about the supposed 700,000 HashOcean mugs investors was in fact probably a maximum of 320k accounts, many of which would be multiples in the possession of one person, plus an unknown number which would be under control of the scammers themselves in order to bulk out the numbers in the early days.

There is no doubt that a large number of people lost money, but why believe anything which is only sourced from the scammers themselves?

Honestly all cloud mining is lier they are just attracting people to invest but the truth that asic miners and numbers of members are fake..
This is just like the same as investment site they are making high quality design and article that can attract people to invest and if they are popular in few days ot months they will run..

A friendly warning: slow down on the multiple two line posts every three minutes, or you are going to get your ass kicked out of the Yobit sig campaign.

it turns scam now and they are the first one who runs next to HO and clearly stated here all cloumining site are made just to scam people they naming their site  cloudmining just to get attention to people to invest at them thats why we should not really try to look to invest on any existing cloud mining today so we are far from losing money for their bad doings, and surely HashOcean will make new cloudmining site and scam innocent investor again, thats why we really need to avoid this kind of site so we will not be left crying when we get scam by them

I have been using cldmine for a long time but never put much in. I made my roi and i knew that it was fake. Clearly it is a scam there no real mining machines and I knew this going in and that is why I never took it seriously or put in a larger investment. I'm not sure why anyone thought it was really an actual cloud mining site. A legit site would show off their rigs online on youtube and be very proud of it. Why hide that ? Most of these sites hide that because it never existed to begin with. Guys do the math for yourself. If you know you can't buy a miner for that price and make that much then you know its a scam. Easy huh ?

CLDmine was the first to scam and after it soon followed a lot of other companies, with Hashocean being the one that truly made a difference and run away with 3.5 million dollars from the users there. CLDmine was also afraid and they refunded investors that deposited more than 1000 USD, to me this remain a lie but many people claiming so. If you read the service discussion during last 10 days its all about cloud mining scams. Lesson to be learned is do not let your greed overtake you and keep your coins in your wallet.

as we expected , with the speed increasing in bitcoin price , a lot of cloud mining service will have big troubles , some of them will stop paying , and some will stop mining , and some will scam their members .
I already tried to log in my CLD mine account , and they show me this message :

Technical Problems

We are trying to fix important failure on the mining farm and currently mining has been stopped and is not available.

04/06/2016 — CLDMine.com

fortunately , I didn't invest a lot of money in this site , although I hope it continues mining and paying , but I don't think that will happen .

the other one is 7CLY , this site has deleted my account when I was so close from withdraw threshold , they say that this nickname is not registered

this was my experience with two of the most cloud mining sites ( named itself cloud mining ) , I hope you stay away and don't invest your money anywhere .

i got same problem. but just try with small amount

Cloud mining is entirely too risky to be profitable; legit companies or no. They wouldn't sell you the miners if they could make more money mining themselves. They are getting paid for mining today that you will do, at an uncertain difficulty, tomorrow. The fact that half these companies aren't even legit is just icing on the cake. Given how hard it is to do diligence on these companies, ID look elsewhere for returns.
