You can go try and hire someone by opening a thread in the services section, but i doubt you will find someone able to do a high quality and safe
gambling site. Owners of such sites hire team of programmers and designers to get the job done, be prepared to pay a lot for a decent job.

There are plenty of people that can set up a site for you,the problem I have is you are unwilling to even search it out on your own.
So chances are you are not to serious about setting a site up and have done little due diligence in preparing for the what if parts.
This is not something you just walk into for a few bucks, its going to alter a path if there is a sudden clamp down on bitcoin related gambling.
Go read into the founder of Bodog for a example of how he is unable to go certain places or he will be detained.

Indeed they have a lot of rules combined with it, but not only in the us they have strict rules in other country's this is also the point.

If you are dead set on this,I would go talk to a lawyer to see what you could potentially be looking at legally.
Consider that money well spent as you are going to need to set up the site based on those factors.
Jumping the gun and setting up a site not knowing is a real scary idea.

Think a lot of us have thought about running a site but the money you need to pump in to it to keep it going for a well.
You will also face DOS attacks from competition, they will put on bigger promos to run you out,you got cheaters to deal with and you need a support team.
I watched Luckyflop.eu just do some of the stupidest things and the owner would say he doesnt care,he will be here forever.
Sites closed because all he could do was attract freerollers and bots.

You want to study I would follow cyberdeckpoker in the way they are launching their platform. It will give you a idea on what you may want to copy or tweak to make your own.

Number one problem in bitcoin poker right now is that the rng is fishy as hell. You create hand histories and have a legit firm look at the rng for certification and you are looking at a site that will do well. But most slap together a site with the same rigged rng that generates rake and action.

This could be a good idea, if you really do not know where you are standing with the laws you can better meet a lawyer to discuss this kind of laws and involvements.

You will be considering a lot of things before venturing into that kind of investments.   Resources also need's to be calculated in making one since it will be not an easy to construct one and you need the expertise of different categories making you spend more to run such investments.
