Yes it is possible to buy bitcoin any amount you want even if it is 1000 pieces of bitcoin then you can still buy that massive amount but make sure that you will take care of your money because those  big number of bitcoins worth a lot of fiat so if i were you i will just buy on the sites that have good feedbacks from their costumers to assure its legitness.

I think by "large BTC amounts" the OP meant, like, thousands of them. 10BTC is nothing compared to how much the whales hold. I might be large for us because we're an average guy but for rich people 10BTC is a really small amount of money. OP is actually asking about a million dollar worth of bitcoin. That's more than a thousand of bitcoins.

yes that is necessary to use a trust able exchange for buying bitcoin and specially if you are going to buy a big amount, as it depend on you that  how much bitcoin you can afford to buy. there is no restriction on buying any amount of bitcoin .

yes there is no restriction for buying bitcoin, you have the right to buy bitcoin as more as you can, there is no limit of bitcoin, i think  bitcoin price is so high that it is really difficult to afford some more bitcoins.

yes there is no retraction for buying bitcoin, you have the right to buy bitcoin as more as you can, there is no limit of bitcoin, i think  bitcoin price is so high that it is really difficult to afford some more bitcoins.

But there are some restrictions on buying bitcoin in few exchanges especially when we deal in huge sum of dollar value, they will  demand ID when buying a large amount of bitcoin.

It is a good thing though that way they can track down where the money goes so they don’t get into the wrong hands and get bad reputation for bitcoin, but if you want to buy 1btc even a 10-year-old could buy it.

it should be more cautiously do transaction in exchanges with this huge of buying as some of the exchanges can block the account after they get enough fiat currency .

No one will sell large amounts with a fixed price and if you decide to buy from several exchanges you'll end up increasing the price overall for bitcoin remember that only trading on exchanges is the factor for the price fluctuation and if people start to trade bitcoins in bulk with fixed price then we wouldn't seen these past few days increase.
And the same fluctuation indicates that bitcoin isn't controlled just by a few individuals and actually many people are doing trades and setting buy and sell orders of their choice means no manipulation.

Yes or we can also buy from localbitcoins since there is in built escrow and hence no chance of scam plus we can meet the person in real life and pay him and hence very easy really. Though i never tried myself trading this way yet.

Even if you have the enough money to buy a large amount of btc it is still very hard to find a good supplier that is willing to give that amount, the only way you can do that is by buying for different exchanges and then summing up to save them securely, but still it is not a very profitable way to do so because they sell at a high price.

yes i think there is not such law in our country through which you can buy limited amount of bitcoin, i think it depend on the amount of money you have if you have some more amount of my in your pocket as there is no restriction  on buying bitcoins.

Exactly, they are always protecting their reputation as that is important to them to stay in the business. Just to make sure to minimize the risk, you can buy from different exchange sites but never put all your bitcoins in a certain sites, the risk of being hack is possible and we have already witness that kind of incident in the past.
