Dl(i)sk ended their Initial Coin Offering (ICO) on the 10th of July 2016. DL(i)sk gathered over 12 BTC, more than $10,000 USD.
All Bitcoin collected during the ICO were secured using a well known escrow. An explanation of all of the ICO terms is available on the official DL(i)sk website.
Upon launching the DL(i)sk network, 90,000,000 DL(i)sk were distributed to all participants at the end of of the ICO. It was one of the smoothest ICO launches to date.
About DL(i)sk:
DL(i)sk functions as an alternative to Ethereum: due to the simplicity of the platform and its use of JavaScript, programmers will be able to develop their own dapps rapidly and easily. DL(i)sk invites the crypto-currency community to test the already available features on the DL(i)sk mainnet.
Aspiring dapp developers can start learning how to code DL(i)sk dapps, . More information about the technical aspects of DL(i)sk is available in the white paper.
DL(i)sk will give users access to an entire open source dapp ecosystem, featuring a state-of-the-art software development kit, its own crypto-currency (DL(i)sk), a client integrated 'Dapp Store', and a thoroughly well-thought-out user-experience.
About the DL(i)sk team:
DL(i)sk is a decentralized start-up, founded by developer Jan West, and second developer Dmochemicz.
Jan West is the developer leader of DL(i)sk and is fluent in C, C++, Java and Node.js. He used to work on accounting software before starting to work on DL(i)sk. He is proponent of Linux and opensource software.
