BitcoinWireless a fraud ?

On about Feb 10 I sent 5$ to bitcoinwireless and the transaction failed.
OK I thought I will wait untill the reinburse me the money, since its beta and all
Fast forward a month or so and still after sending emails to their support email I got NOTHING back

Since I cannot post anywhere else yet, here I am

IS BITCOINWIRELESS JUST ANOTHER SCAM/FRAUD ??
OR ARE THEY JUST INCOMPETENT ?

More than once I've found sitting in my spam folder the response I'ld been so eagerly awaiting.  Perhaps that is what happened here.

You might want to send a PM to Yankee asking for a resolution.
