for so many times these news are circulating in the market. but I think nothing like this will happen. most of the chinies are supporting bitcoin. they have invested most of their money in biotin.

If someone stole enough money in China and annoyed the wrong people, they probably could still execute you with the currency - bitcoin - playing a small part of the sentence. The authorities are usually one step behind with unforeseen trends but I don't think it would ever become a capital offence unless it was heavily undermining the Yuan. I wouldn't put it past Russia right now..

The Chinese authorities are still pretty much concerned about the rise and popularity of Bitcoin. But right now, they are unable to do much to counter its usage, as most of the exchanges and businesses have shifted their operations to the Hong Kong SAR and the Macau SAR. These regions are outside the jurisdiction of the mainland authorities.

The concern of the Chinese authorities bitcoints popularity is justified. If all the Chinese people will make the Internet no one will work in enterprises for peanuts. Loss of control power over the citizens of income will be the collapse of the system

Back in 2013, there were genuine fears that Bitcoin could be used for tax evasion and money laundering. But then in 2014 and 2015, the popularity of BTC waned, and even now the market cap is only around $10 billion. Also, criminals have generally avoided Bitcoin for money laundering purposes, due to the difficulty in converting bulk amounts to fiat.

Execution is rare, typically for someone who causes the nation to "lose face."  An example a couple of years ago was a manufacturer making baby formula / milk that turned out to be poisoned.
