Lol, why would you send first to an untrusted party? Just file a chargeback mate.

Saying you were scammed by a company called "WeSellHyips" is like sending money to a company called "GiveUsYourMoneyWe'reAPyramidScheme"

The only winner of a HYIP is the owner and even a little bit of research would have told you this. It seems you were being greedy and wanted some sort of get rich quick scheme - consider it a relatively cheap lesson that random strangers don't give you money for doing nothing. The red trust on this persons account should have warned you off also, why did you ignore these things?

Lol, why would you send first to an untrusted party? Just file a chargeback mate.

He also offered- without being asked- to send the funds "as a gift"; Paypal doesn't allow chargebacks when choosing the friends/family option.

OP You made a bunch of mistakes and now you are SOL. Use this as a learning opportunity to protect yourself better in the future.
