If you want borrow some BTC, you should go to "Lending" section here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=65.0

But better prepare some good collateral, because no one will give you 0.1 btc just because you promise to give it back.
(Especially, when you borrow for gambling)

How can we use escrow for this?
As I have understood this you don't have any btc so would you put in escrow?
And if I give you 0.1btc and you lose it there is nothing forcing you to pay it back to me...
