According to this countdown http://www.bitcoinblockhalf.com/ the halvening of bitcoin is only 36 days from now,what effect do you guys think it would have on the price of bitcoin? will it explode or will nothing happen at all? |

I think the real explosion in the price will happen a week before the actual block halving. My guess is that the price will not go higher than $700 when the price is shooting up. I think $650 as highest price just before the halving is a good target for this year.

The price can't "explode" as you stated but i think that the price will not change immediately. Before the halving i think that more people will put more money to invest in bitcoin which increases the price then will wait until the price gets higher to sell them which will be probably few months after the halving. |

I find it is very despicable the usual arrogance of these supposed "masters" and "owners" of the bitcoin world. But they are contradictory in their ideas. On the one hand they want the bitcoin become more popular, but on the other hand they usually despise new people who start here. |

Well if halving is done after that the price will effect but not so fast.. it takes a month i think before we will see more value about bitcoin not so fast.. because its always depends in demand and supply. so we can not predict it because its unpredictable.. Expect for delay effect of block halving..

Jobs report came in and gave the Fed an excuse to not hike interest rates... tip of the iceberg. People will look for ways to store wealth.
How crazy will it get? Dunno. But we're hitting a new ATH.

the price will be $620 by the time of halving and it is highly possible it goes even a little bit back down because of some dumps and then it will rise #tothemoon "after" the halving and shakeout.

the real explosion is several months after the halving, certainly not before the halving and also not on the day of the halving. |

You will never now what is goinf to happen with the price after the halving it go go so many ways tho. It can go up down or there is even a chance that the price will be stable again. |
