Did someone tried to add a virtual bitcoin card on smartphone with NFC? (and pay with it on a POS that support NFC payments)

Maybe with Android Pay or something else.

Can someone try it? Smiley

If it works, that it's very interesting, because virtual cards of 2500 eur/usd/gbp by year usually don't need documents to be received/used.

I wonder if this is a niche that some of the exchanges may be able to fulfill, since they already have ties with the fiat electronic banking network, and some of them already have services that provide a physical debit card with usable number+magstripe.

I have recently become active again after a long period of inactivity. Cryptographic proof that my account has not been compromised is available.

Funny you should mention this. I was thinking about this the other day.

These are some apps that seem can be useful (but some of them aren't free)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.roaddogssoftware.cardapp
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.roaddogssoftware.cardapplite
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tantranshanfc.mainpart
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mastercard.paypass
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=it.icbpi.mobile

I haven't a mobile phone with NFC, so I can't test anything Sad

Tests need to be done with virtual bitcoin card (visa/mastercard)

EDIT:
I've found on in alpha testing
https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.shakepay.shake
