It does not state I might, or there is a high probability
nor does it state that he will "make payments to non-players" or that he will pose as a player himself.
The statement is quite emphatic, the fact that it is processed in the gambling section has nothing to do with the statements made.
Anytime magic is being used to double bitcoins you should know it is a scam. Also he calls it a "Game" not a loan, not a business deal, a game and you my friend have lost the game. Just move on and try and hustle to get your bitcoin back, this should make you work harder for it.
