Are you using auto managed bitcoind? Are any STDERR entries in your log file?

I'm sorry, I do not understand what "STDERR" is. English is not my Native language.

I am running:

"D:\Program Files (x86)\Armory\ArmoryQt.exe" --skip-online-check"

No, it will not. Your wallet files will not be touched. If you want to be extra safe, you should backup your wallets to a safe location.

I am having the same issue. My laptop crashed and now armory won't come online.  Any help is appreciated.
