i've been trying to papal this guy but have not been able to. i keep getting an error message on paypal's end. i called and they said my account is fine and can't tell me why it won't go through. somebody in my family has asthma and i kinda need these ASAP. was hoping somebody can help me out and send this guy $38. i will send you the money first if you have rep.

My mother had asthma too, and used the same medicine, I know how bad asthma can be as I suffered from it too and saw how my mother was when there was a shortage of her medicine.
Where do you need this delivered, and how much it costs ?

ya, it sucks. my grandfather died cause he could not breath. i can't even begin to imagine how miserable that must be. my mother has it real bad too. i don't have it that bad but when the weather gets hot i do find myself unable to get a full breath. we use to be able to buy these over the counter for cheap. now they make you go to a doctor to get a prescription. if you don't have insurance the cost is sky high for something that use to be $10-15. the seller in the link i provided is selling 5 of them for $38. shipping to the US. i hear the EU still has these over the counter for cheap. i tried posting before to see if anybody in the EU can take care of me but was not successful. i have been buying them from asia for a few years now.

Try clearing your cookies and turn off your VPN if you are using one. Might be worth it to try another browser if that doesn't work.

tried that. no VPN. tried using my phone and my desktop. tried using chrome, explorer, and firefox. i was on the phone with paypal for an hour. thaey said there is no issues with my account. they said it's either because i tried to send the money too many times and it's being blocked or it may be something on the sellers end. possibly due to the country the money is being sent to is considered high risk. figured i would see if somebody else has better luck. if not i'm just gonna send western union and hope for the best.

it's asking me to confirm my phone number. but when i try to get the text it says this phone number does not appear to be in your name.

Phone up paypal again and tell them that your getting no texts to your phone with a code.. or otherwise, if you have a phone, try to download the paypal app and send it from there. I dont think there is a verification thing on the app itself.

i already been through it with paypal. they don't have a solution for me. the "specialist" also said he put some kind of flag on this payment to tell the system to let it go through but i can't get past the phone confirmation screen.

i don't mean to be disrespectful and i do appreciate your offer to help. but you are kinda new around here and i've had terrible luck with nubs. the guy i'm buying from has been selling for 6 years and has 2600 feedback. if i can't find somebody who has rep like mine i'm just gonna send him western union. just prefer paypal cause i have no protection at all with WU.

you have rep and you've been around longer than i have. i feel more comfortable with you. the more people involved the more complicated it is. i've exchanged over 30K for people and i've never used escrow once. i'm not gonna start now for $38.

Web slicer, I did a quick search and I found some sources offering without a prescription on ebay.

I would offer my help, but I think it is too risky to send someone medicine who I don't know, and, more importantly, I am not in the medical field.
