Its hard to say its luck though when you look at how many times the dude won. Must be some technique or some ritual hes doing before rolling but its hard to believe that his winnings are more than 50 percent.

i believe if he do gamble on dice continuously the 19 bitcoin profit can turn back to 19 bitcoin lost or even worse , means in short time period you are a winner but in long term you will always a loser in this kind hame.

My opinion is that you should stop hoping that you can actually make money out of gambling. The only ones that do really make money is the professional ones. They get paid even if they lose. They mainly play card games like poker and not some dice games. Dice games are based purely in luck and no skills at all. Experience wouldn't even help you in dice games because you can't control the outcome of it.
